What are the best aspects of this product?

Great for surveys with quantifiable data. We often used the parameters feature and the send-off data feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't integrate well with Site Intercept. We found that it lacks when it comes to features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for teacher evaluations and it allowed us to successfully quantify data. It also allowed us to find ways wherein our teachers can make improvements.
