What are the best aspects of this product?

Qualtrics is simple and user-friendly tool that allows you to express your creativity as user. You are able to change everything you want with little coding so you can make your surveys the way you want. I have great experience with its support team and they always help me to solve some issues in a professional way. As a user and as an admin I have to say that I have great experience with this product and its service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I can think off. Whenever I run into some misunderstandings or issues the support team is always willing to help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Qualtics for almost everything starting from workgroup feedback to some large-scale global surveys. We are able to gather data, to keep track of the feedback, mailing distribution and panels. We are allowed to provide various forms of output in order to do the analyses.
