What are the best aspects of this product?

A simple survey will give you accurate and on-point reports. You can see the data from different angles, so you really won't miss anything. I also think that it's awesome how you can identify patterns from those data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some functions are hard to use. It is challenging to learn all features. It is not my favorite thing to do, but it does give you the best set of data when you learn how to use the functions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Getting insights from our population is now very easy. We can see their preferences and what we need to improve on. This made it easier for us to improve what we have to offer them.
