What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use and is intuitive. It is also easy to build, modify, launch, and analyze surveys. Furthermore, the updates they give, always prove to be useful tools for researchers. It is great for the ever-changing field of research.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reports function is hard to use. It takes time to get the data I need. I hope they can provide additional training for this, so we can have the skill and knowledge to do this successfully.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It improved member satisfaction and engagement. Since we use it in our internal processes as well, we can gauge the effectiveness of what we do and make improvements from there.
