PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

From all the survey tools I've used, Qualtrics is the best of the best. Create surveys is simple enough and it offers a lot of prewritten questions and responses. Their panels are also good, providing accurate and well-presented data. It also gives you advanced statistical analysis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is hard to integrate it with MTurk. I wanted to use it to create polls and quizzes. Unfortunately, because of the difficult integration, I have to search high and low just to get a code to integrate it properly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allowed us to create and track surveys easily. Though it is quite expensive so I can't really use the features I want often. I had to switch to a different survey tool to do this because of the price.
