What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use, select survey tools, and share surveys. The website is also very simple, making it very easy to navigate and look for the tools I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't allow to send audio files for survey questions. You must also constantly check the survey preview to make sure that you are constructing it well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped me with my survey efforts. It translated into readable and great results.
