What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a powerful platform for researchers. It is a must-have platform for people who conducts research. It allows us to create great surveys and the integrated email distribution feature is great in managing invitations and reminders. The data/analysis tools are excellent. There is no need to use any other platform. It also has an awesome service team, where you can speak with live customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is expensive compared to other tools, but it is worth it. It has a lot of great tools, but you'll also need some training to fully utilize all of them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Qualtrics to conduct surveys. We can email surveys and organize the recipients. Furthermore, their surveys are easy to understand and look professional, providing us with optimum results.
