PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things I like about Qualtrics, but what is most important about this tool is the fact that is easy to use and intuitive program. The features are well-organized and you won’t have any troubles in finding them. I have learned how to use this tool on my own and I can really say that it is extremely easy to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some features that I’d like to see on this platform. I have suggested some ideas to Qualtrics team and they told me they will do anything to make this happen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us to convert lot of large-scale and paper-based survey projects, it allows us to gather qualitative data from all our employees and students. We don’t need lot of time to create the tool, manage the survey and to report the result. We are now more focused on planning and decision making.
