What are the best aspects of this product?

Among the things I like about this platform include the variety of survey questions you could possibly ask, the suggested question types, the templates, and customization capabilities. The suggested question types will be very helpful for those who are creating new surveys for the first time or just need some ideas. The personalization features, on the other hand, allow us to give a personal touch to the surveys so our respondents know that it is us who are conducting the survey.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We usually randomly pick and give a prize to one respondent who completed our survey. With QuestionPro, we have to do the process manually. We manually discover who finished the survey and pick one who’ll win a prize. It requires too much work. So it would be great if the platform offers an ability to select a winning participant randomly and send the result to us via email.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform has helped us find a way to boost communication between the institution’s management and students as well as to inform the latter about the services available to them. In terms of benefits, we can comeup with the best questions to ask to get the right feedback or information from students.
