What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about the product is the capability to create reports and customize it according to the requirements and my preferences. Besides, the platform is intuitive and has a user-friendly interface so it is easy to create and customize surveys. It is also easy to edit, re-arrange, and add questions to the survey. Last but not least, I like the ability to track survey results through the platform’s live statistic page.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like occasional server downtimes.

We get to know our customers better. This software has helped us gather valuable information and know what our customers are thinking about our service and the business in general. It’s been a valuable tool in boosting our customer experience.
