What are the best aspects of this product?
We use QuestionPro to conduct weekly pulse survey and it’s great. We can get immediate results and also can automate employee engagement. Through pulse survey, we can figure out things that are going on around the organization and take necessary actions. It’s very beneficial to the company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no drawback. But the platform is just basic - offering functionalities and features to conduct surveys, create questionnaires, etc. I wish they will also provide something that will allow us to not only figure out the problems but also assist us in solving them
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can now identify the concerns of our employees and figure out the root cause of some of the problems. Sometimes, employees just need some guidance or structure from the higher-ups to excel in their job. With the aid of this software, we can make more informed decisions when it comes to hiring and firing staff and become better leaders. We now can keep employees and save money in return because we do not have to find and hire new ones.
