What are the best aspects of this product?

I am using this platform to collect information and it does give results. I can get and gather feedback from customers. Aside from that, the software is very easy to use. I didn’t go through any training or spent a significant amount of time and effort in learning how to use the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This software is not a unique one. You can find many other platforms that offer the same functionalities. But so far, it performs fairly well and is useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this software to collect information and oftentimes to know what our customers think about the business, what they want to change, or what they hate. It’s effective and I get results. It also makes it easier to discover what aspects of the business need improvement.
