What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the CX assessment tool! The tool allows us to measure the business’s customer experience and take necessary actions accordingly. It helps us assess four areas of the business – the Learning, Culture, Design and Vision. Collecting information is easy and figuring out what area of the business need improvement is a no brainer. The data we gather using this tool is really valuable to our team and generally to business growth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love the assessment tool. No complaints so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We discovered that the company needs to improve its work culture. The software has helped us figure out the weak points of the business and take appropriate actions immediately. To be specific, we created and implemented a structured rewards program for employees who contributed to making customer experience excellent. We’ve already seen some improvements but we will still conduct another assessment after three months.
