PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

In terms of functionalities, I think that there are better ones out there. However, QPRo comes a close second to the one that I prefer, and at a fraction of the cost! So we went for the most value for our money and decided to go with QPro. So far, it hasn’t disappointed us. They are backed up by a team of competent representatives. They are equal parts friendly and useful, which I truly appreciate. There is that underlying genuineness in their response too, so you know that they aren’t just there to make a sale and then leave you hanging.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Giving access to multiple users seems to be an ongoing struggle for us. Every time we request for an additional user to our team, we have to go through a series of red-tape processes that can be quite tiring.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use QPro to get feedback from our customers so we know which areas of our services we can still improve on.
