What are the best aspects of this product?

We initially tried the free version to get a better feel of the tool. Impressed by its functionalities, we decided to upgrade our account—one of the best decisions we’ve made in the company. QuestionPro is reliable and it gives you freedom over the design of your surveys. The reports you can obtain from it are also very thorough and complete.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The functionalities are all there—you just have to know how to properly utilize each. It will help if you have the technical know-how as well. This is not the best option for beginners as they will likely have a steeper learning curve than the ones who have had prior training.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to customize our surveys and make sure that they align with our branding. The reports are scalable and actionable too.
