What are the best aspects of this product?

QuestionPro allows me to conduct surveys without unnecessary complications. Drafting questions, designing surveys, sending them out—these are all very easy tasks to do with QPro. And after all, has been done, it’s just as easy to extract reports and view the live statistics as well to see how many customers are engaging with the survey.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to be able to pose more clarifying questions to my respondents. However, QPro only offers basic questions to be added to our surveys. This might work for those who simply want a top-view look into the feedback of their demographics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have managed to improve our response rates. This is because QPro has helped us create straightforward questions that respondents seem to respond to best. The collection and collation of data afterward is quite a breeze as well.
