What are the best aspects of this product?
It is a simple web platform for online surveying and questionnaires. It is pretty easy to use and implement in the process of the daily work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Switching to QuestionPro was a bad decision! How can they ask for $2000 for a year and they don't have simple calculation of two fields!? I can't understand that. Customer support is really poor. They are extremely hard to reach!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a simple calculation field embedded in the application!
