What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, the plus points are the system is easy to use, has been around for years which makes it possible to employee a bookkeeper who has many years of experience using the solution, integrates seamlessly with CRM platform, and offers customizable templates for invoices, collection letters, etc.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only downside is the pricing is on the high side as you have to shell out for a new package annually.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use QuickBooks Enterprise for accounts receivable. The templates as well as integrated features for past due accounts are very helpful. I use the templates for sending collection letters which is very useful to collect the money owed to me by my clients.
