QuickBooks GoPayment is a tool that is compatible with different third-party platforms and runs seamlessly on mobile devices. It is very intuitive in doing its functions too. These essential factors are largely helpful for a small and mobile company like ours since we can easily receive and manage payments from anywhere. And I see that QuickBooks GoPayment would help in scaling our business because it wouldn’t cause any problems when training employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not satisfied with how QuickBooks GoPayment handles foreign exchange rates. A feature that automatically updates currency value would eliminate the need for us to execute manual calculations. Such a feature would largely help us prevent big losses, especially that we frequently handle different currencies in our business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

QuickBooks GoPayment is a big help for a new and small company like ours. This helps us manage much of the accounting and expenses in the business, which means we do not need to form a dedicated accounting team for the job. This translates to lower operational costs, which is essential for our company to grow.
