This is a platform that doesn’t demand complicated setup and maintenance processes. It is very easy to learn and use for anybody in our business too. QuickBooks GoPayment enables our small business to cater to different transactions such as those paid via credit cards among others. Moreover, it seamlessly syncs with QuickBooks accounting for better processing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Payments don’t reflect on real-time basis. You need to wait for a couple of minutes before it displays. However, we understand that this is probably an issue from QuickBooks GoPayment communicating with other QuickBooks platforms. Thus, the delay is very forgivable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software from QuickBooks helps us a lot in terms of catering transactions with credit cards, and for storing all transaction information securely. It also helps in processing and analyzing such data for our advantage.
