What are the best aspects of this product?

It's designed logically that people don't need to train to use it. It also integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. We can easily run and customize reports

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Being able to set up users and consolidate them, plus having more integrated basic systems like for purchase orders instead of having it as an add-on, would be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We run a lot of companies, so having this software made it easy for us to track the groups we've set up.
