What are the best aspects of this product?

The standout feature of QuickBooks POS is its user-friendliness. Because of this, even people who have no in-depth technical knowledge can utilize it. The software makes it easy for all users to manage items, orders, and customer requests as well. And best of all, it synchronizes the data of all store locations without hiccups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Like other people, I have experienced crashes with QuickBooks POS. It is also frustrating that I cannot switch between various configurations while keeping open a tab I am currently working on. For example, I have to close the window where I am modifying an item in the inventory before I can review and approve a purchase order.

Being a small player in the furniture and interior design industries, QuickBooks POS has answered all our needs. It is our go-to for all kinds of transactions, from checking out a customer's order of placemats to facilitating a long list of orders from clients in the hospitality niche. It also helps that it is user-friendly, even for a person who has little to no technical know-how. Another feature that is a boon to our business is the storage of notes regarding customers and vendors. This has saved us a lot of time in transactions and calls and prevented misunderstandings about orders and projects.
