What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm able to capture customer details and organize them for CRM. The POS not only makes transactions easier and more accurate, but it also helps me build up critical information for marketing and long-term business planning. I can also manage inventory better, we have ingredient-level visibility, which is awesome when you deal with hard-to-find items. By anticipating stockouts, we can place orders in advance and ensure supply.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Updates need to be more regular. The system can get old over time and clunky at best. Load time starts to slow a few months into use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a system to capture essential customer data. We have optimized our transaction process, linking it to finance and purchasing. Inventory is more manageable today, we can guarantee stocks almost year-round. In general, we're satisfied with it.
