What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps me appreciate POS and practice diligence in our transactions. The system makes our sales process more transparent. I get to see the money flow with clarity, so spotting discrepancies and variances are easy. My staff knows this, so, without nagging them about delivering honest work, the system does that for me. Indirectly, it does promote a smoother relationship between management and staff, where everything is data-driven and, so, objective.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Vendor support is lacking or at least it could be more receptive. I have had glitches on a weekend, and getting hold of customer service was difficult. It seems the support team follows regular business hours, which shouldn't be.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
QB POS gives us smoother transactions. It also lends more transparency to our financial records. Processes become data-driven and little room is left for assumptions and guesses.
