What are the best aspects of this product?
Critical retail data is centralized, organized and can easily be processed. I can track best-sellers and low-sellers, pinpoint with laser-focused which outlets are bringing in the moolah and otherwise. I can identify item stockouts way in advance, which is useful in prepping up for the peak season. QB POS gives me that level of visibility where I can pick an item in our store and know how it's faring in terms of sales and stocks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
QB POS is an out-of-the-box system, so I couldn't do much with customizations. I didn't need many reconfigurations, but I thought if I did, that'll be quite an issue.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Better insights into our retail operations. Primarily, tracking items down to each piece, understanding our sales performance using data, preparing for off and peak seasons, etc. It helps streamline our day-to-day business and help us to strategize for the long haul.
