PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We're better able to reconcile payments, sales, accounting and purchases using a central system. This results in substantial cost reduction, making my accountant happy. We're using QuickBooks, so having a native POS is the natural choice for us. Everything runs smoothly, such as credit card payments, tracking customer rewards and managing sales. We can also see data in real time, which is useful for spur-of-the-moment decisions. I'd say our cash flow is healthier and our bottom line is more promising now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have native integration, everything works well. I can't think of an issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It consolidates our sales in a way that makes it easy to spot discrepancies, forecast sales and reconcile finances. It also helps us track our e-commerce and retail transactions using a single system, thus, giving us a more complete picture of our sales. Two thumbs up for giving me the big picture fast and easily and for merging relevant items which gives me better insights on our business.
