What are the best aspects of this product?

The best things about QuickBooks POS, for me, are its ease of use and intuitive interface. This is very helpful because I am not what you would call a techie and yet I am able to use the software to the fullest.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment, there is not a thing that I dislike about QuickBooks POS. This is mainly because I have not fully explored the capabilities of the system so my stand on this may change as I discover more of its functionalities and quirks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

QuickBooks POS has streamlined our business's financial management processes. Tracking the cash flow is easier and this is a sure boon when the tax filing period rolls in because I can count on the software to provide me with accurate records.
