What are the best aspects of this product?

QuickBooks stays true to its word of being an all-around solution. Apart from supporting large volumes of data from our inventory, vendor records, billing data, and more, the software is always quick to respond to clicks and inputs. One feature of QuickBooks POS that I enjoy greatly is its ability to prevent users from creating inaccurate records. That is because every time a possible discrepancy is entered into the system, the application alerts users and helps them rectify the issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite being responsive software, QuickBooks POS does crash often. It even freezes our servers if we are unable to install the latest updates even for a day. Aside from that, QuickBooks POS has been a challenge to integrate with our preferred e-commerce sites. And even though there are applications that can help us resolve this, they would set us back half a thousand per month in additional expenses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

QuickBooks POS is a comprehensive software that can support anything from keeping customer records to applying discounts on a select group of products. The software also let us send assignments to our partners on a regular basis without a hitch. On top of it all, this system has simplified and standardized our inventory management.
