What are the best aspects of this product?
QuickBooksPOS makes searching for customers and their data much easier. Their phone numbers, locations, email addresses, and other information can be accessed with a single click. Now, my customers don’t need to wait longer to pull up their accounts in the system before we take their orders or assist them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system suddenly crashes for an unknown reason. It sometimes happens when I am printing invoices or helping a customer. Please do something to fix this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With QuickBooksPOS, I don’t need to mail the invoice to customers. I can directly send it to them through the QuickBooksPOS system.
