PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part of this product is that it's cloud based and you can schedule repeat invoices to be sent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer service is terrible. A QB rep made a mistake, and I got double billed because of it for many months. I spent hours on the phone being put on hold and transferred to one wrong department after another. After talking to six different departments, I was finally told that they won't refund the amount and that I would continue to be billed because the subscription isn't cancelled. I did cancel it. Hopefully they won't continue to erroneously bill me.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Actual customer service, though I won't be here to see it. I will NEVER use an Intuit product again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Basic invoicing. Other than that, the reporting especially, nothing is as good as it was when I used the desktop version.
