What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that this tool is online and that I have constant access to my profile. It doesn’t matter whether am at home or traveling I can always check the status of my account. I can easily update deposits, correct errors and check the status of the invoices. I can even email the customers instead of calling them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that when searching there are screens that the software insists on returning to the top before you can work on the page again, it shows up all the time no matter what I do. It would be great if I could close the list at once.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helped us to get our accountant and bank quick and with updated information. I don’t have to wait anymore for the accounting department to finish closing the month because we already know what happened. I like that everything is updated, you can easily print the reports, it helps you to reduce the time when generating the information.
