Great and easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it’s simply to use and easy to set it up. This is online solution and you can have an access from anywhere all you’re going to need is the access to the internet. This is fast and responsive product. It is easy customizable. QuickBooks is great way for bypassing local software so we can easily customize it to our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve their support team, because when we had to customize it the support team wasn’t reactive and they lacked some knowledge.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool is quick and modern, it is affordable and it provides us tools that are user-friendly and helpful. This solution is compatible with our Mac OS X.
