What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can easily access the web interface it works great for SMB even though it doesn’t offer lot of features for mid-size companies. You can use up to 200-300 invoices per month, there is a batching features in case you want to send them all. It has easy reports, and integration with bank and credit card, it reduces the data entry and expense tracking. We can easily see the status of the bank account.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has limited reporting capabilities, there is not subsidiary reporting and it can be slow sometimes but I don’t know whether this is software’s issue or issue with our connection. Also, it locks up when doing the payroll and taxes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is great tool if you need to get updates on financial reporting, there is no hosted solution which is great. You don’t have to wait for the accounting department because everything is updated. Multiple people have online access to the system.
