I really like this tool for managing our accounting and finances

What are the best aspects of this product?

With QuickBooks we are more flexible when it comes to using platforms, we don’t have to use only Pc or Mac platform. This tool helped us to migrate from desktop Pc to Apple. It is extremely easy to work with it, all we have to do is to log in and use the accounting software on the laptops. We can easily access QB while traveling or when working remotely.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had some troubles with the conversion from desktop to online and the data didn’t move all. We have reported this issue and the support team has helped us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a software that would give us more flexibility to migrate to our Apple device. We don’t have problems with our CPA to log in and it doesn’t require monthly reports. We don’t have to worry when the system goes down because the files are stored onto the servers and we can access QB from any other system.
