What are the best aspects of this product?

Before using QuickBooks I had so many things to do for company’s finances and this was so exhausting. Thankfully, I have found out about QuickBooks and I started using it immediately. All my finances are kept up-to-date in manageable platform. I can understand where the money is going and what’s coming next.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning curve is steep, it took us few weeks to figure out the layout and to learn how it works. But on the other side, this is mostly because I don’t have an accounting background with some program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to send invoices and to receive payments from client so we can keep all the information in one place. Our two offices are located in two different cities and this tool helps us to centralize everything in one system.
