Simple to use, great for small to medium sized businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

It was pretty easy for me to set this up for our company by watching a few Youtube tutorials. After that I did end up taking a few courses online with a CPA referred by Quickbooks. I have had to call QB for support issues several times and they were very helpful in each occasion. The reports are easy to read if you know a little about bookkeeping and the P&L is very easy to dissect. Personally this is the only bookkeeping software I have used so I can't say that it is better than another or not, but I definitely recommend it. They even now are testing out a Beta where you can pay to have a CPA do a virtual chat with you and help you out with any thing you need. Right now they are helping me find some discrepancies and reconcile my transactions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if there were a tutorial built in to QB so that we would not have to go searching for a second party tutorial. But maybe that exists and I missed it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The need for bookkeeping. Before I came along it was a brand new company and there was nothing but bank statements and receipts.
