Wonderful product and wonderful customer service

What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer service team is great and knowledgeable. I had some issues and they helped me to resolve it, they are very patient and responsive. Once I learned how this program works I feel like an expert in this field. If you have some basic skills with accounting principles than it will be easy to learn how to use it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I load my transactions from the bank account the system double enters the checks, in order to understand what was going on I had to unreconciled and re-reconcile the accounts so to find that there are double entries between the checks written.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can close out my books every month on first few days. I know that at the end of the year I’ll be ready to hand over the accounting for tax season.
