What are the best aspects of this product?

SSO has been a great help to many initiatives here. These ease of use of the system is outstanding and the support we receive from our representative, Patrick has been above and beyond measure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe if they included a free mobile app but I think they do offer one at an additional cost.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Free mobile app!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having one portal to login to and see all applications. End users only need to be able to remember one password to access all systems. The ability to enforce 2 factor authentication and the ability for end users to manage their own passwords using password reset functionality.
