What are the best aspects of this product?

I have a number of things that I really like about this. For one, it's great for organizing documents. Not only can I make folders, but I can also have them marked and shared easily with my colleagues. If I want to keep things with me for the meantime, I am also allowed to create a session that is private. The mobile version also allows me to access it wherever I may be, which has helped me become more productive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that I could save the changes I make on a document even if I am not online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has made collaboration better in our business. More than one person can work on a document without hassle, and it also has features for organizing everything decluttering any redundant changes in the document. Productivity has also been made better because of the mobile version of this app since I and my teammates can continue working on our phones or tablets. The messaging features also made sure that the whole team is on the same page when it comes to the projects that we are working on.
