PROS: I like how reliable it is when it comes to chatting and messaging. It has also been a great help to my productivity since I can access it anytime with whatever device I have on hand. Documents and spreadsheets can be shared so easily, and the application's task list makes it easy to keep track of what's being done and accomplished. I've been using it to work on exports and imports and it has been a really big help.

CONS: While it does have an offline mode, you can't save any changes while you're in that mode. I would really like it if I could save any changes I have done on the document even if I am not connected to the internet.

PROS: This was something new implemented in our office, and I have to say I really appreciate that we didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve as most of us were able to catch on really quick and grasp how to use this app. Not only does it have great messaging features, but we can also use it to work on documents as well as to discuss the flow of our work. Thanks to this app, we don't hold as many meetings as we used to since we can already discuss in the app.

CONS: This product is so efficient that I can really think of anything to complain about. So far, it has been a great help and has not crumbled against anything we've thrown against it. Our office uses it everywhere and I couldn't be happier.

PROS: I have a number of things that I really like about this. For one, it's great for organizing documents. Not only can I make folders, but I can also have them marked and shared easily with my colleagues. If I want to keep things with me for the meantime, I am also allowed to create a session that is private. The mobile version also allows me to access it wherever I may be, which has helped me become more productive.

CONS: I do wish that I could save the changes I make on a document even if I am not online.

PROS: I really appreciate how I can use this application for multiple things. Aside from using it to edit documents, I can also use it for communication, as its messaging features allow me to keep in touch with other team members. I can edit documents and keep my colleagues updated at the same time. I also like that the app allows me to create folders where I can save a specific document since it makes it easy for me to retrieve documents that may be needed.

CONS: Unfortunately, the app won't be of much use to users whose phones have a low memory capacity. It takes up a lot of space on the phone and isn't really of much help if your phone can't handle it.

PROS: The best thing about Quip is its document sharing feature. The next best thing is that it allows me and my colleagues to communicate with each other in a group or private conversations, whether via video, audio, or chat. When it comes to the video and audio calling quality, Quip does not fall behind compared with other similar applications because it is great, which can be beneficial even for small enterprises.

CONS: The Quip license can be steep for most small businesses.

PROS: Quip has streamlined the communication between the numerous offices in our organization. As such, we can all pass the information along with ease in private messages or in group conversations. It also helps that Quip lets us share any kind of file quickly. It even applies end-to-end encryption for all messages, which lets us all feel secure. All of these things combined makes Quip a truly valuable application.

CONS: The only thing I dislike about Quip is their lackluster customer support. This is a stark contrast with its wonderful platform that is user-friendly. Despite that, there are times when we might need assistance and we just didn't get the level of support that we wish we received.

PROS: There are a lot of features in this software that I really like. Not only can I create and edit documents on it, but I also get to organize everything in folders so I can easily find them later on. It's really helpful at work, especially if you're dealing with a large number of document and need to find one faster. Another thing that has been helpful when it comes to work and productivity is that the software's mobile and desktop versions are synchronized, no work is lost. That leaves me stress-free from having to repeat the same entries. Gives me the freedom to work on any device any time, anywhere.

CONS: I wish they would make this software more compact since its current version takes up a lot of space. If your phone has low memory, the mobile version will be practically useless to you. It's also a good thing to add a feature that lets you work offline and have any changes sync once one goes online. That would be wonderful.

PROS: There are multiple things I like about this application. For one thing, it's really easy to access -- I can do it just by clicking a link. It's also been a great help in increasing my productivity. because it has a mobile version where I can continue my work, using whatever mobile device I have. This has allowed me to work even outside of the office. The fact that the mobile version syncs with the desktop version are also a big plus, as it lets me continue my work without any hassle when I get back to the office and use it on a desktop computer.

CONS: The site that they use for the mobile app's customer support isn't particularly impressive. I think it would be an improvement if they just handled customer support issues on the app's mobile version instead.

PROS: Quip is a feature-rich application that has resolved many problems in our organization, including data loss and data security. It is also beneficial in managing documents because it enables users to work on them together in real time. This makes it similar to Google Docs, only that it has more powerful features. I also like that it works even on mobile devices so I can be productive on the go.

CONS: The Quip interface needs improvement when it comes to its layout and its customization options. It also has to modify its email invitations feature to be set in autopilot mode because it takes a lot of time to do it manually. Quip should also consider adding an auto-selector for tasks in its calendar.

PROS: There are three things I like about the app. First, it has a checklist that keeps me updated in real time on which tasks have already been done. The chat feature makes it easy to organize my contacts as well as to collaborate with them. I also really appreciate how the app allows me to comment and annotate cell by cell when it comes to spreadsheets

CONS: Frankly, I don't have any big problems with the app. I can still work on my documents even if I don't have an internet connection, thanks to the app's offline functionality.

PROS: Aside from making collaboration easy, mobility is another thing that I like about this app. Since I can access it either on a phone or a computer, I can work remotely and also keep myself updated on any changes that may happen on the document. The app also makes it easy to share documents with colleagues, making work flow much more smoothly and boosting our productivity. An inbox and chat features are also a big help in making office collaborations easy.

CONS: I love it overall but I do wish it was possible to save my work even if I am not connected to the internet. An improvement like that would really take this tool to the next level.

PROS: This software's communication feature is the one thing I love the most. First off, I can use it not only to collaborate with other colleagues but I can also send documents when needed. You can tell also if the person you need to talk to is available or not. It also auto-completes contact form when typing just a few letters, making communication between teammates and departments pretty much faster and smoother. You also get notified whenever someone sent a message.

CONS: I have a problem with how slowly it takes for the mobile version of this software to upload an existing file. If they manage to make this process move along much more quickly in future versions, it would really take this software to the next level.

PROS: I like that I can access Quip both on my laptop and on my mobile device and that it only takes a single login to use the application. Apart from that, I like how the solution enables the easy management of files uploaded to the system, such as their privacy settings and locations. This has given us the peace of mind that we can share any information securely on the platform.

CONS: Quip took a long time to send me my verification email the first time I logged in to the platform, which can be testing for people with little patience. I have also noted that the mobile interface of Quip is different from its desktop one. Also, there are some features and tools that I can only access on the desktop. Quip should think about fixing this.
