PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are multiple things I like about this application. For one thing, it's really easy to access -- I can do it just by clicking a link. It's also been a great help in increasing my productivity. because it has a mobile version where I can continue my work, using whatever mobile device I have. This has allowed me to work even outside of the office. The fact that the mobile version syncs with the desktop version are also a big plus, as it lets me continue my work without any hassle when I get back to the office and use it on a desktop computer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The site that they use for the mobile app's customer support isn't particularly impressive. I think it would be an improvement if they just handled customer support issues on the app's mobile version instead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaboration and communication are the two areas where this software has been an incredible help. Because of the chat feature that comes with it, I can keep in touch with my team and communicate any issues I encounter with them. Collaboration has vastly improved since we as a team can also use the chat software to pool our minds together and come up with solutions, presentations, and a number of other things.
