What are the best aspects of this product?

This software's communication feature is the one thing I love the most. First off, I can use it not only to collaborate with other colleagues but I can also send documents when needed. You can tell also if the person you need to talk to is available or not. It also auto-completes contact form when typing just a few letters, making communication between teammates and departments pretty much faster and smoother. You also get notified whenever someone sent a message.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a problem with how slowly it takes for the mobile version of this software to upload an existing file. If they manage to make this process move along much more quickly in future versions, it would really take this software to the next level.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication problems are the ones that this software has helped me deal with. It has simply made the process more streamlined. Responding to a memo beforehand involved transferring that memo to a word processor, responding there, and then transferring it back to the device I was using. Now, I just open the memo with this software, respond and send it. The desktop version is even better. I've been using it every day for office communication.
