What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Quip is its document sharing feature. The next best thing is that it allows me and my colleagues to communicate with each other in a group or private conversations, whether via video, audio, or chat. When it comes to the video and audio calling quality, Quip does not fall behind compared with other similar applications because it is great, which can be beneficial even for small enterprises.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Quip license can be steep for most small businesses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Quip has transformed the way we communicate in our financial institution. because of it, we only have to type in our message on the system even as we work on other tasks on our desks.
