Perfect for creating a collaborative document

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are three things I like about the app. First, it has a checklist that keeps me updated in real time on which tasks have already been done. The chat feature makes it easy to organize my contacts as well as to collaborate with them. I also really appreciate how the app allows me to comment and annotate cell by cell when it comes to spreadsheets

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Frankly, I don't have any big problems with the app. I can still work on my documents even if I don't have an internet connection, thanks to the app's offline functionality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Problems with collaboration are the biggest thing that this app has solved. I can communicate and work together with my colleagues on projects, while at the same time restrict access to projects that don't need to be shared with the group at the moment. The messaging function also fosters teamwork, since communicating with each other can be done so easily. I also am kept in the loop of the tasks being accomplished thanks to the real-time checklist.
