What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how reliable it is when it comes to chatting and messaging. It has also been a great help to my productivity since I can access it anytime with whatever device I have on hand. Documents and spreadsheets can be shared so easily, and the application's task list makes it easy to keep track of what's being done and accomplished. I've been using it to work on exports and imports and it has been a really big help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While it does have an offline mode, you can't save any changes while you're in that mode. I would really like it if I could save any changes I have done on the document even if I am not connected to the internet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Teamwork and collaboration have really been improved by this app. I and my team can get in touch easily with the messaging features, and we can use whether on mobile devices or on a desktop computer. Better teamwork has also resulted in improved productivity overall.
