Simple but effective

What are the best aspects of this product?

Aside from making collaboration easy, mobility is another thing that I like about this app. Since I can access it either on a phone or a computer, I can work remotely and also keep myself updated on any changes that may happen on the document. The app also makes it easy to share documents with colleagues, making work flow much more smoothly and boosting our productivity. An inbox and chat features are also a big help in making office collaborations easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love it overall but I do wish it was possible to save my work even if I am not connected to the internet. An improvement like that would really take this tool to the next level.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to the real time checklist feature, I get to see what tasks are already done, making workflow much more easily. The organizational features of the app are also a big help in keeping things organized since I only need to look at a single location to find any of the documents that I need.
