This is a great document app

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how I can use this application for multiple things. Aside from using it to edit documents, I can also use it for communication, as its messaging features allow me to keep in touch with other team members. I can edit documents and keep my colleagues updated at the same time. I also like that the app allows me to create folders where I can save a specific document since it makes it easy for me to retrieve documents that may be needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unfortunately, the app won't be of much use to users whose phones have a low memory capacity. It takes up a lot of space on the phone and isn't really of much help if your phone can't handle it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Issues with collaboration have been resolved thanks to this app. I can easily share documents with colleagues and other required groups. I can save the documents I work on in an organized manner and easily retrieve them when needed, resulting not just in a more organized workflow but more productivity on my end. The fact that I can easily come up with a new document on this app has also been a big boost to my productivity.
