What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the way reports are created using the data which is available in multiple databases. Using, Quixy we were able to generate more than 50 types of reports based on the data we captured at different phases. We are able to build and publish apps within hours and make changes to the published apps without losing previous data is the best part of this amazing tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
User Community can be better and the online help content can be improved.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have used Quixy to develop a ticket management solution. We have developed the solution within 4 days and now we are able to handle all our tickets coming from various parts of the country meeting the SLAs.
