Quixy has provided the power to build all the required applications on a single platform and integration amongst the in-house and 3rd party applications was very easy. The product has rich web controls and lot of options.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You can have an option to start developing from prebuilt apps instead of developing from scratch.
