PROS: RAD Studio centralize several development solutions in a single environment. I carry projects from different platforms only with RAD Studio. I come from PHP Rad and it was much rougher, visually old.
CONS: It has a somewhat specific learning curve, but they will surely make some functions and solutions more visible in future versions!
